Meet the team

 

Mat morrisroe

 

With over 20 years experience in the fields of music and brands, and music to film, multi-award winning Mat has been at the forefront of many of the changes in how music is used. Though most experienced with sports, fashion, tech and alcohol brands, he excels at delivering on brief and stretching budgets regardless of the brand or size of campaign. His track record speaks for itself, with career highlights including developing a global music strategy and activating highly effective and award winning campaign for Bacardi, developing and delivering a perception changing music strategy for Tesco F&F’s advertising and masterminding the creative architecture for the newly founded Music Walk of Fame’ in Camden Town London, of which he is one of the founders.

 

Ian
robinson

 

Starting in the music industry in the early 90s, Ian worked at major label and publishing A&R until the early 2000s. Since then he has run an independent music consultancy and artist management business. On the consultancy side Ian worked with clients like MTV alongside their brand sponsorship partners - co-creating MTV Presents as a live and broadcast launch platform for artists including Tinie Tempah, Jessie J, Ellie Goulding & Lana Del Rey. On the management side, Ian has focused on pop writers - working with talent like Rob Harvey (Jess Glynne, Clean Bandit, Rudimental, Gorgon City, Tom Walker, Joel Corry), Kai Smith (Dua Lipa, Charli XCX, L Devine, Now Unite) and rising star Harlee (co-writer and singer of Joel Corry’s recent Top 5 hit Lonely; alongside writing with Digital Farm Animals, Shiftkey, Sonny Fodera etc) Ian has been involved in multiple major label hits over the last 5 years.

 

Muzna
al Said

 

Bringing to the team a wealth of experience in the arts, Muzna has worked on an extensive range of international art funding projects all over the world.  Now based in the UK, she is the director and founder of Dyad Collective, an independent music publishing company which she runs with Mat and Ian.
